Wellbeing

All Frontline staff members from corporate to agency level and their family members have access to our Employee Assistance program.  The program offers access to a 24/7 national assistance line, professionally trained registered counsellors and psychologists and crisis intervention and critical incident support. This program is supplied to all staff and their immediate family members at no cost.

Rewards and Recognition

At Frontline we celebrate and reward wins for achieving goals. We have formal reward and recognition programs at both corporate and agency level including incentives.

All staff also attend annual sales conference and awards, bringing all agencies and teams together to celebrate and acknowledge our achievements this is on top of regular team social events held at agency level.
