My professional journey started at the age of 16 where I expressed the interest to all my friends and family that I wanted to join the army.

Fast forward 3 years and I was beginning as an infantry soldier in the Australian Army. Throughout my time I developed the soft skills and attributes to excel in any industry out of the army.

I quickly found my way into the recruitment industry. My passion for making a real difference – one of the many reasons I joined the defence force – was further realised on a smaller more personal level in the recruitment industry.

Unfortunately, the company was not the right fit for me. I found myself at Frontline working for the best leader I could have hoped for. This leader assisted me in getting to the place I am today – the leader of a business making that difference.
