When did you join the Frontline family?
I first started my journey with Frontline in 2015 as an Agency Owner alongside my counterpart for Frontline Retail Northern NSW. I have since returned in 2021 to take on an exciting new Group Recruitment Trainer position.
Background experience/qualifications
For the past 6 years, I have been involved in end to end 360-degree recruitment across both permanent and temporary divisions. I have had the pleasure of recruiting for a large variety of global and national organisations, working across several specialisations including Retail, Call Centre, Customer Service, Finance, Administration and upper Management. I have a genuine passion for people and being involved in the recruitment business has allowed me the opportunity to assist people to achieve their dream career goals. This has ultimately led me to work towards my Diploma of Human Resources Management.
Something people don’t really know about you?
I LOVE martial arts and hold a blackbelt in Taekwondo.
Typical responsibilities at Frontline?
As the Group Recruitment Trainer, I have the pleasure of facilitating training programs to help onboard new Consultants & Franchisees.
What do you enjoy most about working for Frontline?
I think being a returning Frontliner says it all. There is a true sense of comradery amongst the corporate team and this extends across the entire network of our franchisees.
