Frontline awarded Best Workplace for Women for second consecutive year

Frontline, renowned for our exceptional workplace culture, has proudly secured a spot among Australia’s Best Workplaces for Women for the second consecutive year.

This recognition is awarded by the globally recognised authority on workplace culture, Great Places to Work. Our latest achievement joins a roster of accolades, including being listed as a Great Place to Work in Australia and New Zealand and being included in the Best Workplaces List overall (Mid Sized Category)  highlighting our expertise in promoting a vibrant workplace culture.

Our Great Place to Work Certification specifically speaks volumes about our commitment to providing an environment that goes beyond mere employment. At Frontline, we prioritise people, with a special emphasis on providing a space where women not only work but also thrive, grow, and genuinely feel valued.

This certification is a testament to the experiences of our employees, who participated in a confidential survey answering 60 statements on a 5-point scale and responding to two open-ended questions. The responses reflect a culture marked by high levels of trust, respect, credibility, fairness, pride, and camaraderie across our network.

To qualify for this list, companies must also employ a minimum of 50 women. Frontline not only meets but exceeds these criteria. We also provided organisational data that includes size, location, industry, and the number of women in both the workforce and management positions.

Great Place To Work then analyses the gender balance of each workplace, comparing it to industry standards. The evaluation extends to understanding patterns in representation as women progress from front-line positions to executive and C-suite roles. The combined score, derived from survey data analysis and women’s representation figures, determines the ranking of companies that consistently provide positive experiences and opportunities for women, regardless of their role or demographic background.
