Our partnership enables us to take regular pulse checks of the job market throughout the year, tapping into the sentiment of employees in the current moment and understanding their motivations and challenges.

McCrindle is a leading social research agency, specialising in discovering insights and communicating trends in an engaging way with the goal to empower human flourishing.

McCrindle was established by Mark McCrindle in 2006, an award-winning social researcher, bestselling author and thought leader. Variously described as futurist, demographer and social commentator. He is a National Statistics Excellence Award winner, TEDx speaker and is regarded as one of Australia’s foremost social researchers.

Through the McCrindle partnership, Frontline will regularly conduct sentiment surveys throughout the year providing an updated pulse-check on the job market. McCrindle will also partner with Frontline on their annual Feel Good Index Survey in 2023.

With candidate shortages and a lack of quality candidates applying for roles set to continue into the immediate future it’s imperative to understand candidate sentiment to provide ongoing value to our clients.
