Stay vigilant:

Don't give out personal details.

NEVER give out your bank details, or payment of any sort to someone you don't know, especially if you have only met them online. Our consultants will NEVER ask for a payment.

Only give out your personal details when are certain the job ad and recruiter are legitimate.

Is it too good to be true?

Was the role offered to you without an interview? Does it offer a lot of money for little work? Does it sound too good to be true? If you answer yes to any of these questions, it's probably a scam.

How were you contacted?

Occasionally you will receive text messages from Frontline consultants but they will always have an option to opt out by replying "STOP".

If you receive a message on Facebook, Whatsapp, Telegram or Signal, it is most likely a scam. Please reach out to head office via email or phone that is listed on our website if you are unsure.

Who has contacted you?

If you have been contacted via one of these platforms or via email, check to make sure profiles and emails look legitimate. Look out for spelling mistakes, a lack of activity, and email spelling.

If you see it, report it.

If you see a fraudulent account or job ad on Facebook, please report it to Facebook and group admins.

If this is happening to us, it's likely happening to other agencies as well, please stay vigilant.
