Alicia is an experienced Employment Consultant and work flow manager who loves interacting with people from all walks of life.

Prior to her recent recruitment experience, Alicia has spent most of her working life within the Travel Industry, a career spanning 17 years starting as a Travel Cadet for Tourism Queensland in 2002 before moving onto Australia’s National Airline in 2005 and one of Australia’s largest Travel Company’s in 2014 with her last role in Business Development . This gave Alicia the opportunity to travel to many different parts of the world including been based in London for two years and across the ditch in Auckland for two years before settling back on the Gold Coast in 2016.

In 2017 Alicia took a “gap year” from the Travel industry and entered Employment Services where she developed a passion for matching candidates and employers. Alicia believes that creating suitable and sustainable employment is a very important part of quality of life.

Alicia loves working with people from all backgrounds and values integrity above all else. She is passionate, positive and genuinely enjoys helping people and celebrating others successes.
