Elouise has worked in the hospitality industry for 12 years. Ranging from venues to Hotels and then into event management.

She studied Business Marketing and Event Management at Macleay College and then moved into a role at Merivale where Elouise was employed for 8 years in various roles such as bartender, waitress, floor supervisor and then into event management.

Elouise previously worked at a precious metals company as the event manager with events ranging from Melbourne Cup to the Tennis Australian Open.
