“If you look after the people, the rewards will come” – this belief has driven James throughout his entire working life and he insists some of his greatest achievements have been won whilst authentically operating from this space. Having been in the Service Industry for over 20 years across Hospitality and Healthcare settings, his approach is centred on building strong reciprocal relationships and efforting win/win scenarios for all parties.

With a genuine interest in people and experience running a successful sales based business, he says recruitment seemed the “logical” choice.
