Jeff joined Frontline Recruitment Group in 2008 as a recruitment consultant. In 2009 Jeff and his wife Natalie took over the ownership of the Canberra Retail franchise and began to build a successful business. One year later they opened their second franchise with Frontline Recruitment Group. The Canberra Hospitality business quickly grew to be the go to for permanent Hospitality staff in the region. In 2012, Jeff and Natalie extended their franchise territory to cover southern NSW. This meant additionally to the ACT, their reach now covered Wagga Wagga, across to Wollongong and right down to Albury and the Victorian border.

In 2015 Jeff and Natalie opened their third agency with the launch of ACT & Southern NSW Health. They worked on building their businesses across the three market sectors while preparing to open their fourth Franchise in partnership with Aaron McNamara, one of Jeff and Natalie’s long term Consultants. Late in 2016, Frontline Construction Australia was launched. Jeff and Aaron have since built a strong national business, supported by a growing team based all across Australia. They continue to grow their business through collaboration and innovation.
