Julia worked in management positions for 20 years within the hospitality industry, as licensee for 6 venues for some of Sydney Hospitality’s leading hospitality groups. Julia has always believed that the core of any successful hospitality venture starts with its people.

Julia’s passion for building culture from the ground up within businesses led her to join Frontline Hospitality in 2015, focusing on providing industry insight to candidates and clients within the Sydney hospitality sector. Julia then moved to open the Northern NSW Agency and has most recently purchased the Melbourne agencies. Julia has been instrumental in placing candidates into their dream roles and positively impacting her clients’ businesses with long-term and successful people solutions.
