Kiri joined Frontline Retail in 2008 as a recruitment consultant, and is now the Agency Owner of the Wellington agency. As an owner, Kiri is responsible for developing business relationships, and attracting and appointing suitable candidates for jobs. There is nothing that Kiri loves more than seeing someone thrive in his or her new role. Kiri is passionate about the recruitment industry and feels it is important to stay honest, energetic and competitive.

Before starting with Frontline, Kiri was the Training Manager for a retail women’s fashion store for three years, where she provided support in the Wellington Region while managing her own store, and saw first hand the positive impact that a driven manager can have in the retail market.
