When did you join the Frontline Family?

I started my journey with Frontline in October 2009 as a Recruitment Consultant and have had many opportunities for growth and development.  I have had the privilege of being an Agency Manager, Training Manager, Sales & Operations Manager and Head of Franchise Development.

Background experience / qualifications

With 25 years experience in the staffing industry, spanning local and international markets, Mandy has a real good understanding of what it means to have a passion to help people thrive and succeed. Success comes in many forms but knowing that you have made a difference in someone’s life or their career, is an achievement that only a recruiter can understand.

As a Learning & Development Manager, she has been fortunate to channel this passion into supporting business owners and their teams, fostering success in an industry she holds close to her heart. Having been a recruiter, manager, trainer and coach, she has worked tirelessly to build teams and future recruiters in our industry and she will continue to do so, because she wants to make a difference !!!

Why does Mandy do this? Because making a genuine difference isn’t just a professional objective; it’s her personal mission. And in this journey, every individual she assists, every team she helps to build, and every business she guides, reinforces her belief: in the power of recruitment and in the potential of people.

Something people don’t really know about you

I love being creative and I turned that creativity into a business.  Back in South Africa I owned a Scrapbooking Retail Store for 4 years and hosted 3 successful Scrapbooking Conventions as well as being part of an International Scrapbooking Design Team.

What do you enjoy most about working for Frontline

I love working with a great group of people, both at our Support Office and with the Agency Teams.  Our people and culture are at the heart of this business, and I am privileged to work at Frontline.
