Rifa is the Agency Owner for Frontline Health in Brisbane, ACT and Southern NSW. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from the University of Melbourne, Rifa has acquired a solid foundation in technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Rifa has started the Agency with her husband Kazi, who has multiple years of experience in the Recruitment Industry. Rifa has held managerial positions in her previous roles, showcasing a strong commitment to leadership and organisational success. She has a strong understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and negotiation.
