Sarah Vockler is a retail and recruitment executive with over 35 years’ experience in the sector.

Her career began in a store-based role with Myer, quickly working her way up to various management roles in the business and following that became the Multi-site Manager at Eastcoast Clothing.

In 1995 Sarah transitioned from retail to recruitment joining Frontline Recruitment Group. Working her way up from a recruitment consultant to agency owner.  In 2012, Sarah sold her agency to focus on travel and work-life balance. 

In January 2021, Sarah bought back Frontline Retail Melbourne and re-joined Frontline Recruitment Group.
