Sonya joined the Frontline team as a Recruitment Consultant after a highly successful 20 plus years in multi-site management roles and having previously worked with Frontline as a Client and Candidate, it was a natural progression to become a member of the team. Coming from a strong background in management, leadership, training and business development, Sonya understands and respects the importance of having the right people working with you. Sonya provides her clients and candidates peace of mind knowing she’s on their side and providing long-term options and stability at the request of all parties.
