Sophie has had some incredible growth with the Frontline Recruitment Group in a short space of time. Bringing over 10 years retail experience, in store-based, multi-site & training and development roles, she brings a true passion for people into what she does. Sophie was Frontline Recruitment’s Rookie of the Year in 2021/2022 and was also ranked number 1 first year in Frontline’s history of over 25 years. In April 2022, Sophie stepped into managing the Melbourne Retail Agency & now also supports the Melbourne East & Melbourne West Hospitality teams in an operational capacity.
