Tim Shepherd has had many years of retail and Supply Chain experience at a Senior management level in both of these industry sectors. Tim on completing his degree at Stellenbosch university majoring in Industrial Psychology entered the retail sector as a retail trainee steadily climbing the corporate ladder.

He has had the good fortune of working in both South Africa and New Zealand for some of the cutting edge retailers in both countries. The last 7 years of his retail career was in the supply chain sector filling Supply Chain senior management roles, specialising in Logistics, Warehousing and Distribution. Tim has always had a passion for people throughout his work career, which has brought him to his latest venture of owning his own agency at Frontline Recruitment Group. Here is aiming to foster and build relationships and partnerships with others, matching talented individuals with great organisations, seeing both parties benefit from the union. He is always up to a challenge, particularly when it comes to seeing others succeed in life particularly in their work environment.

Tim loves the outdoors and in his spare times focuses on tennis, exploring a trail run or climbing a mountain, reading a good book or pottering in the garden.
